yes yes , indoor points for the summer series start wednesday. with a twist.
we realize some classes can be frustrating as heck to become faster and be able to run with the top few dudes. so , we have decided to start bracket racing in offroad r/c racing at least in 4wd 1/10. what this means is , you wont necesarily have to be the fastest driver , just the most consisitant. we are going to set the computer to not count any lap faster than a 15.5 or maybe even 16 sec. so you wont have to try and blaze it up with 14.4 or 14.8. hopefully it will tighten up the racing and and award consisitant driving while not watching and discouraging some drivers who feel that there not quite fast enough. |

That's too bad. Nothing is happening on this side of the border for 1/10th scale at all. Everyone has made the switch to 1/8 scale nitro or electric around here.
Maybe it's time I pick up a Short Course truck. |

its seems nobody wants to run 2wd buggy anymore bob it used to be the biggest class back in the day but short course is fun and very competitve i would suggest the hpi blitz ese or the the new asc. factory team ed. sc10 for 2wd or the slash 4wd platinum if you want to go four wheel also a great class to get the little one racing we have a lot of father son teams in that class ........ _________________ Most people don't act stupid-its the real thing.....

Thanks for the suggestions. I will mostly likely go for the SC10 Factory edition since I already have the B4.
We are going to Florida in August. I may pick up the SC before we go so I have something to build on the drive down. My wife doesn't let me drive so I need something to pass the 20+ hours of driving time.
