SPC has two new LiPo packs in stock and ready to go. Both are priced right.

Our new 2800mAh/20C/2S/7.4V, Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Pack is a Hard Case (shotgun tube shape) with nice graphite coloring and is very light weight, only 180 grams. This pack will easily power a brushless system like the Traxxas VXL, or can be used by anyone looking for LiPo power at a reasonable price of only $29.95. Pricing includes 12 gauge leads (80mm long), a JST XH3 balancing connector and a Traxxas female connector. This pack is also great for powering Roto-Start type applications.

SPC 3300mAh/25C/3S/11.1V, Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Pack in a square-type, plastic tube over the length of the pack and the pack ends are covered with a dense foam rubber seal. Lower cost solution to 3S LiPo, high speed for your brushless RC vehicle at only $59.95. This pack will also easily power a brushless system like the Traxxas VXL! We recorded 62.8 mph in a Traxxas, VXL, Stampede using one of these packs while running 32/86 gearing. 25C continuous discharge with high quality, 12 Gauge leads (100mm long), JST XH4 balancing connector and a Traxxas female connector is standard.

hey Tom,

on those new 3s, where do the leads come out at? it looks like right in the middle of the end, if so i can't use them with my TC, because the battey hold post is right there.

Mike,

For the 3300mAh/25C/3S packs, the leads come out dead center on the end, however the packs are shorter than some of our other packs so there still may be enough clearance. The packs are only 132mm long.

i have to say the 30 dollar speec point packs are the best deal and bang for the buck available today ! everyone looked at me like i was from mars for buying a 2800mah pack to run in corr truck and stadium truck. but i have to say this , theres plenty of capacity for the corr to run 10min with a 7.5 motor , and more than enough available for the stadium truck. and the added bonus of a substantial weight savings is just a gift .
