That's double the entries of the GLORICS at Full Throttle ........!!

1/8 th scale electric "outdoor" is bigger than nitro buggy and truggy combined ???

Stadium Truck "outdoor" the second biggest class ???

The Traxxas Slash which started out as a basher toy .....has evolved into " Mod Corr Truck " which has attracted beginner and expert drivers and turned this class into a huge indoor " racer " class ???

What's going on with R/C racing these days ......where's this all going ???

I thought I read somewhere that " indoor was garbage " ........lol

Had a great time. Thanks Glenwood.

Dylan ran slicks, perfered them dirty & dry.
I ran Goosebumbs and they weren't that bad, better when running the track wide in the marlbes. Calibers failed us.

The hobby is changing all the time and it is evident to me that the track is being rewarded by offering weekly club racing by the number of supporters this summer. I for one will be joining your crowd this fall/winter for some short course racing on Wednesday nights.

My prediction is that 1/10th offroad makes a huge comeback in the next 12 to 18 months and those who converted over to 1/8 nitro or 1/8 electric will be putting 1/10th cars on the track.

But for this to happen the tracks need to support weekly and consistent club racing. That is what pays the bills and what drives friendly competition and produces an atmosphere where new people can get involved without feeling intimated. I applaud Glenwood for providing the club racing opportunity that so many tracks have abandoned in this region, especially on the Ontario side of the border.
